We are extremely proud and thankful to present a brand new campaign from Aimée-Lee Xu Hsien for Uber Eats Australia via our friends at Rabbit, The Editors and Special Group Sydney.

 

We love the creative behind the 'Get Almost Almost Anything' campaign and the very real craft given to the execution of these TV spots, so were very happy to be asked to provide the CGI, VFX and supervision for the campaign.

 

This is the first of three spots from the campaign that needed CGI.Creating the CGI and VFX was a complex process involving a dedicated team of CG and Houdini sim experts working together against some challenging deadlines. From our main man Chris TD & VFX Supe'ing on shoot to the team of artists we brought together to model, animate, sim and render; Every step required careful planning, attention to detail, hard work and talent.

What makes a Unicorn a unicorn, or a horse just a horse? We had lots of fun with the creatives and director exploring these questions and what a magical unicorn might look like and do : from confetti farts to slushie poos, should it be young and playful with rainbow hair; or calm, regal and majestic with beautiful just-out-of-the-salon hair. We all decided the latter was funniest in this TV spot.
 

Streaker - A half naked man, CG smoke and blurred willies. I mean what can you say :)
